“Speech Time”: honouring our teachers

Our regular “Speech Time” assembly opened ceremonially with the State Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Deputy director for spiritual and educational affairs K. Isajonov greeted the students at the start of the new week and wished them success in their studies. He also congratulated all teachers on the coming 1 October, Teachers' and Mentors' Day.

In the second part, grade 11 students performed a short play about the bond between teacher and student. Pictures of the teachers as young people, recreated with artificial intelligence from their old photos, were shown, and the students tried to guess who was who.

At the end all the teachers were invited on stage and shared their good wishes with the students, who in turn warmly congratulated their teachers on the holiday and thanked them.
